Daily Focus – Day 66: Create the Useful Outline
Part of Daily Focus: 365 Practical Notes for Solo and Small Business Owners.
A good outline protects a post from collecting every related idea.
An outline is a promise about the route the reader will take. If a section does not help answer the main question or apply the answer, it may be interesting but belongs in another post rather than stretching this one.
Try this today: Write the reader’s question, the answer and the three steps needed to apply it.
Keep in mind: Structure helps depth without inviting unnecessary length.
