Recurring blocks can outlive the project, customer or priority that created them. Reviewing the calendar as a current plan—not a historical record—returns time to work that now matters and makes the week more truthful.
Try this today: Remove, shorten or move one recurring block that no longer earns its place.
Keep in mind: A calendar should reflect current work, not preserve history.
