Daily Focus – Day 130: Write the Product Boundary
Part of Daily Focus: 365 Practical Notes for Solo and Small Business Owners.
An offer becomes harder to trust when its limits are hidden.
A boundary lets the customer evaluate the complete exchange: what arrives, what work remains and which result is supported. Hidden limits may increase initial interest, but they transfer the decision cost into disappointment and support later.
Try this today: State what is included, what is not and what the customer supplies.
Keep in mind: Clear boundaries prevent the buyer from having to guess.
