A label such as ‘small business owner’ can include people with very different pressures, skills and buying reasons. Describing the moment they are in gives you better material for the offer, examples and language than demographics alone.
Try this today: Describe one likely customer by their situation, not only their profession or age.
Keep in mind: Situations reveal needs more clearly than generic labels.
