Old drafts increase search noise and make current work harder to recognize.

Archive uncertain material before deleting it permanently, but remove it from active
search and working folders. The goal is not tidiness for its own sake; it is to
make the current version easy to recognize when time or attention is limited.

**Try this today:** Archive or delete one group of files with no realistic future
use.

**Keep in mind:** Tidying earns its time when retrieval becomes faster afterward.
