Daily Focus – Day 204: Create the Reuse Library
Part of Daily Focus: 365 Practical Notes for Solo and Small Business Owners.
Useful components lose value when they cannot be found at the next relevant moment.
Organize reusable material by the situation in which you will search for it, not only by file type. Add descriptive names and remove weak duplicates; a smaller collection that can be retrieved is more valuable than a large archive nobody remembers.
Try this today: Collect reusable copy, graphics or instructions in one labeled location.
Keep in mind: A library saves time only when its contents are searchable.
