Some tasks remain important only because they have been on the list for a long time.
An old task can feel official simply because you have copied it from list to list. Recheck the reason it was added; if the context, offer or objective has changed, removing it is a correction rather than a failure.
Try this today: Cross out one task whose original reason no longer applies.
Keep in mind: Age does not turn a weak task into a strategic one.
